Handling order

Your account

You can register at our webshop through a personal Sketch account. You will then need to provide information about yourself and choose a username. We use this to create an account, which you can log in to with your username and a password of your choice.

For this we use your profile picture, nickname, payment details, e-mail address, IP address, name and address details, billing address, telephone number, gender and date of birth. We are legally obliged to do this. We will keep this information until you cancel your account.

We keep this information so that you do not have to fill it in again and again and so that we can contact you in the context of the execution of the agreement. You can change your account information at any time.

'KEEP IN TOUCH'

We use the tool 'KEEP IN TOUCH' on the main page of our webshop, with which we want to inform interested parties about our products and/or services.

Your email address will be automatically added to the list of subscribers. This data will be kept until you cancel the subscription.

Statistics and profiling

We keep statistics about the use of our webshop. We use these statistics to improve our webshop to, for example, show even more relevant information.
